Wild Wetlands! (Dancing Turtle Rescue)

July 27 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Grab your rubber boots and get ready to explore the freshwater ecosystems of ponds, marshes, bogs, and swamps. With an emphasis on reptiles and amphibians, discover the critters that make their homes in the wetlands, including salamanders, frogs, turtles, and snakes. Learn how conserving our wild wetlands and their biodiversity can help humans weather big storms and keep us healthy, too.

Join us as Debbie Philp from Dancing Turtle Rescue returns with some more turtles and critters to talk about wetlands. Appropriate for all ages but aimed at children. Starts at 1:00 PM under the tent with the picnic tables at the Horicon Town Hall.
