LONG RANGE PLAN OF SERVICE FOR THE HORICON PUBLIC LIBRARY
The goal of the Horicon Free Public Library is to not only survive in the community, but to also stay abreast of the literary needs of our community.
We continue our work of discovering how the rapidly changing world around us affects the services and programs offered by our library and identify collections and resources that we need in order to provide effective services to our community.
We want to work with organizations in the community to spread the joy of reading to children and adults, and to share the truth that “libraries aren’t just for reading anymore.”
The library is a valuable resource that is free to all members of our community.
