Old business: No word on when the sign will be ready. Kawana noted that we need a more
durable sign for the door.

Treasurer’s Report:
Greta distributed the treasurer’s report. Vouchers 39-49 were signed. Joan asked that Greta break out the donations to make the AUD report easier.
A motion was made by Sara to accept the minutes and seconded by Greta.
Approved

Director’s Report:
Kawana distributed and went over her monthly report of patron attendance, expenses and
monies received from fines, faxes and donations. She noted more patrons especially children and new visitors as well.
She was meeting with a rep from Ipage Ingram, and she received her 1st order with them in a timely manner. Shipping charges are to be refunded as they were charged in error. Still issues with Baker and Taylor orders.
Dungeons and Dragons club is going well, changing to Tuesdays for the summer months.
Kawana mentioned that her father’s talk is 30 Feet of Ledge and not “history of Old Military Road.” Plans to advertise in the newspaper.
The Summer Reading program plans are well under way, Pam and Kawana have met with Barb Blum and Cathy M. to make some more plans. Bookmarks will be made and given out to advertise at Food Truck Fridays. Flyers went out to school and other advertising was discussed.
Kawana will be open during Food Truck Fridays and closed on Saturdays.
Our Story Bridge, a compilation of local stories and SALS E-content was also discussed.
A motion was made by Greta and seconded by Sara to approve the Director’s report.
Approved
